I like the sense of movement in the image provided by the effects on Spidey and the background. Unlike charo I don't mind the windows too much and barely even noticed, the focus is obviously the characters. I've been watching you for a while now and I think your biggest issue at the moment is anatomy. I can tell you attempted some foreshortening stuff which is commendable but due to your slightly off base figures it doesnt work exactly as it should.
Beyond that the concept seems a little thrown together. Why is there a lady Dracula? Why does she have feminizing mist powers? Why is she fighting Spiderman? I think some more context even in the description could have made this a more complete piece. Overall though I liked it.
